What better way of enhancing your skills than working with employers themselves?

At Project Challenge we invite employers such as the Halifax Bank, RSA Insurance and Covea Insurance to come and talk to you about what they are looking for, how to make your C.V. stand out from the rest and interview skills feedback. 

We work in partnership with Employment Hub. Enabling young people to get vital skills of interview skills. Enhancing their CVs to stand out to future employers. 

We link with apprenticeship providers such as Calderdale College, Working Wonders and Interserve to help you progress to the next best option for you.

We run sessions on: C.V. writing, initial job searching, application forms, mock interviews and even accompanied visits to potential employers. Previous employer visits has been ESH (construction company), Hebden Bridge Picture House, Todmorden Fire station.  

We will also assist with college applications if you choose to continue in education.
