N'Gage is a supportive and engaging programme designed for young people who benefit from a more personalised learning experience and practical, hands-on opportunities.
The programme helps learners develop confidence, independence and employability skills while preparing them for their next steps in education, training or work. Learning is tailored to individual needs, interests and aspirations, helping each young person achieve success and build confidence in their own abilities.
