What is your job role at Project Challenge?
Responsible for all cooking and catering for Project Challenge and Healthy Holidays. I also supervise learners working in the kitchen and advise on work experience.
What is your favourite aspect of working for Project Challenge?
I really enjoy working with such a diverse range of young people. Also, the Project Challenge team and atmosphere around the Orangebox is great. 'No day is every the same!'.
What is your favourite drink?
I love a cold glass of chardonnay.... and fizzy cherryade
What is your favourite singer/band?
I have a very eclectic taste of music......... to name a few 'Stereophonics, Bowie, The Proclaimers and George Benson'
What would be the first thing you'd buy if you won the lottery?
A new car, house and a ticket to go travelling around the world
What is your favourite joke?
Real life funny situations make me laugh more than jokes 🙂
What is your favourite party trick?
I don't really have a 'party trick'. But I like to be the 'hostess with the mostess!'
What is an interesting fact about yourself?
I used to be a fashion designer, made wedding dresses and clothes for local punk rock shops.
